Welcome to the Spay Iowa Spay/Neuter Program Network
Millions of healthy, adoptable cats and dogs are euthanized each year in the U.S. because there simply are not enough homes. The Spay Iowa Spay/Neuter Program Network is a referral program that links Iowa communities to affordable spay/neuter and other targeted programs in their area to ensure that cost is not a barrier to the spay/ neuter of companion animals.
