| 2. | The SPAY IOWA program coordinator will briefly explain the program and identify participating program(s) closest to you. |

You make an appointment with the program service provider and ask questions about any program policies that may apply. |

| 4. | You’ll be asked to follow the program’s policies and procedures and will be expected to pay your bill when your pet is ready to go home. |
